“When you think of the thousands of people who work in the oil and gas industry, to be recognized along with this prestigious group of people is truly an honor”
This is the fourth year the American City Business Journals featured the key players in the energy industry. Other notables from the Dallas market, in addition to Mr. Faulkner, included T. Boone Pickens, Trevor-Rees Jones, Rex Tillerson, Hunter Hunt and Scott Sheffield, among others.
Between all seven markets, roughly 900 people were selected from a combination of internal research by each city’s Business Journal editors combined with industry outreach.
“When you think of the thousands of people who work in the oil and gas industry, to be recognized along with this prestigious group of people is truly an honor,” Faulkner said at the reception, held at the Dallas Petroleum Club. “We will certainly keep working diligently to execute our unique strategy of growth through the drill bit while diversifying our risk. We are operating without debt, and are making no changes to our 2015 strategy. We are well positioned for this phase of commodity prices,” Faulkner added.
